The full skirt has an overlay of off-white machine lace. The jacket is black velvet, with elbow length sleeves that end in cuffs of ruffled off-white interlock and machine lace. The front and cuffs of the jacket are decoreated with rows of gold metallic middy braid and gold-tone buttons. The jacket laces up the front with a red satin ribbon. The tricorn hat is polyfoam covered with black velvet and edged with gathered black lace and metallic gold braid. There is a red satin ribbon bow on each side, and Velcro™ tabs on the sides and brim to allow shaping as desired. All of the other pirate ships will lower their flags for you!
