Background on the Big Hero
Baymax is a robot created by 14-year-old robotics genius, Hiro Hamada. This creative kid suffers some serious tragedy when his brother, Tadashi and his mentor Professor Callaghan are killed in a fire at a robotics lab. After their death”s Hiro activates Baymax and together they discover that somebody suspicious has been producing Hiro”s amazing micro robots without his permission. Things start to look dangerous, so Hiro decides to convert Baymaz from a medical assistant into something a little tougher. Hiro adds new features like armor and a special battle chip that allows Baymax to do karate. Hiro eventually discovers that Professor Callaghan isn”t dead at all, he”s actually a bad guy who stole his creations and left his brother to die. Now Hiro must decide whether to use Baymax for vengeance or for justice.
